There are several filters that fit various Dirt Devil vacuum cleaners. Dirt Devil parts is confused and model numbers. They have model numbers and a series of letters (A, B, C). You must know both to determine the correct filter for your vacuum. This is the F1 filter. Most Dirt Devils give this reference number on the back or bottom of the machine. This filter is a filter cone (it is larger in the bottom, where the hole is at the top). If the filter is one that is totally cylindrical (top and bottom are the same size), this is not suitable.
